MARE LEASE PROGRAM

Want to raise your own foal but don't have a broodmare, let us help.  We have several quality mare's available for breeding lease.  It's easy.  Pick a mare, choose a stallion (either one of ours or your own), pay the monthly fee, and take home your custom foal...  Easy..  Here's how it works. 

Look over our list of beautiful mare's all of which are already proven producers.  Pick the mare of you choice, or come out for a personal look.  Once you've picked your mare and filled out a contract, your lease begins.  You can breed her to anyone of our stallion's or choose a stallion of your choice.  The mare is allowed to leave the premises for breeding but must be returned home once confirmed safley in foal.  We then will take care of her and foal her out.  Once the foal is 4 months old and all fees are kept to date, you may take home your foal.  The fee's are as followed : You are required to pay $125 per month ( plus all vet bills ) for the mare while she is under contract, grain extra and needed toward the end of gestation and post foaling.  We take care of all routine vaccination's, worming, and farrier care.  We will keep you updated on your mare and let you know when foaling is near.  Once your baby arrives you are welcome to come see and play with him / her.  You also get to name your bundle of joy.  We will sign over all papers on your foal after all fees are paid.
